11. FREE ‘Stop Phone Calls’ Sample Letter

One of the most intimidating weapons in the collection agency’s armament is the phone call. They are liable to phone you at home or at work – wherever they think they can best get you on the defensive. They are even known to phone friends and relatives.

You should NEVER speak to them (See Rules of The Game). What they are trying to do is to establish a contract with you and they can easily do this if you don’t know exactly what you are doing.

Please feel free to use the sample letter to collection agencies below. However, be aware that you are undertaking to communicate in writing, so be prepared to do so. If you’re not sure what to do next, I’m here to help. I guarantee to get collection agents of your back and get them to clear your account without paying them a penny, or you get an immediate refund – no questions asked.

There are a lot of websites offering debt consolidation, debt management, debt elimination and so on. They all involve coming to some agreement with the lender, whether that be by bankruptcy, IVA, or exploiting some loophole in the law. They might give some examples like this: “Mr ‘W’ had debts of £53,000 costing him £1096 every month. Now all they pay is £350 per month for 60 months.” Rarely do they give you any hard evidence.

Some claim to have a special relationship with lenders that enables them to get larger discounts, but at the end of the day they are all playing on your guilt, like the rest of the industry. They are all part of the system. Unless you strike at the heart of the problem, you are part of it. What I do challenges the very foundations of this dirty business. Lenders have no defence to the charge that they’ve tricked you into a contract that doesn’t stand up.

Do you have to pay back a counterfeiter if you unwittingly accept his money and spend it? Of course not, but that is exactly what you are doing when you pay back the bank loans and credit card ‘debt’. You don’t have to pay them a penny – in fact the boot is on the other foot, but that’s another story.

This is the real deal. this is my actual experience and I show real documents proving that what I’m doing works.

Here’s the letter – just replace the parts in red with your information and send by recorded delivery. Make sure you keep the postage slip with the delivery information. Preferably staple that to a copy of your letter. There is tracking information on it that you should use to check when it arrives – keep a note of that date.

You can download a copy of the letter in Word format here.

The telephone system we are using today still uses the legacy Tip and Ring -48 Volts line which is susceptible to noise.”~.
