Debtbust Software. This software writes all the letters for you to get to the point where the banks admit to having acted fraudulently.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR UK USE – Other coutries may vary in their postal procedures, but the letters should still apply.
First download the software. Go to: http://debtbust.fmotl.com/DebtBust.htm and follow the link to download.
In the softaware you enter your details and those of any lenders and their collection agencies.
Go to your Post Office and get some Recorded Delivery labels – you are going to need quite a few.
1. You will have entered your details as a user.
2. Double click on your name.
3. At the top of the next screen, click View all the Matters that are bothering you.
4. Click the ‘Matter’ tab, select ‘New’ and enter the details.
5. Click the ‘Apply’ button.
6. Double click the Matter.
7. Click ‘View the history…’ button. Enter the details for the letter. When you get to the date for the letter it will be generated on your word processor. Make sure you do not have any other documents open in the WP.
8. Enter the Recorded Delivery tracking number.
9. Print two copies (one to post, one to file). Close the document, you are taken back to the Debtbust window
10. Enter the tracking number and date of posting.
11. Click ‘Apply’.
12. Over the next couple of days, track the letter at: http://www.royalmail.com/portal/sme
13. When you get a delivery date, navigate back and enter it on the ‘Create Matter History’ screen. The bottom button is then activated, so you can make a reply if they send a further communication. The one above will become activated when it is time to send the next letter. You will get reminders each time you switch on your computer if you have not deactivated the button on the Matter Description screen.
Sorry if this sounds a bit complicated, but you’ll soon get used to it. Selection is generally by double clicking. You can modify the letters to suit particular circumstances while they are in your word processor.
