In over forty years of business I’ve had my fair share of dealings with banks and credit card companies. During that time they have always proved fair weather friends – by your side in the good times, scavenging for what they can get in the bad.
Banks operate on the fringes of morality and law, as has been proved in recent court cases and by their behaviour in causing the worst recession in history. The system allows them to lend money they don’t have – something you and I would be locked up for. Credit companies are tarred with the same brush, since they are offshoots of the banks.
My contempt is largely reserved for the collection agencies. These vultures prey on the fear and vulnerability of their victims in collecting outstanding bank loans and credit card debt. They hardly ever act within the law and in my view should be banned. I have exposed their vile practices and developed fail-safe ways of dealing with them to neutralise their power, so they are no longer to be feared.
Using the same laws that enable the finance industry to function, anyone with bank loans or credit card debt can now eliminate their debt legally and confidently.
